The team can demonstrate an impressive track record of providing high quality relationship-based advice to international and domestic clients across a range of verticals to a broad range of clients. They work with those experiencing high growth to established market leaders, from private equity firms and entrepreneurs to publicly listed companies.
The team work across sectors, with a strong interest in the Technology industry. Day-to-day VPs will run deals with junior execution support with room to progress within the firm in the future.
Successful candidates will have:
M&A experience at a bulge bracket / mid-market investment bank, or from the lead advisory team in a Big 4 accountancy firm,
Excellent modelling and valuation capability,
The capability to work independently,
A strong academic record,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
